Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team onsite at Batavia. The role is critical for maintaining precise inventory records and ensuring efficient inventory management and control. Key responsibilities include posting production data, managing attainment reports, conducting inventory transactions, and RO follow-ups. The Inventory Control Clerk is essential in optimizing inventory levels and plays a significant role in supporting overall production efficiency.

Role Purpose / Position Summary:
The Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for the accuracy of inventory information, ensuring that inventory levels are managed efficiently and effectively. This role is central to the maintenance and verification of inventory data, contributing significantly to the inventory management system's effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Posting Production Data: Accurately record and update production information in the inventory management system, reflecting current stock levels and production outputs.

Managing Attainment Reports: Generate and analyze attainment reports to track inventory status, identify discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Conducting Inventory Transactions: Perform stock entries, adjustments, and transfers, maintaining precise inventory records.

Executing RO Follow-Ups: Monitor RO, ensuring timely inventory replenishment to meet production needs.

Reconciliation of Materials: Reconcile raw and finished material inventories, preparing loss reports as necessary.

Inventory Accuracy Assurance: Ensure perpetual inventory levels are accurate and available.

Tracking Inventory: Monitor inventory limits, and ensure customer accountability.

Disposition of Outdated Materials: Manage the disposition of outdated or unusable materials.

Inventory Audits: Participate in regular inventory audits and reconciliations.

Data Management: Maintain organized records of all inventory transactions and reports.

Other Assigned Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Work Environment:
The employee will regularly conduct physical floor counts and must navigate warehouse or production areas as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Inventory Control Coordinator or similar role.
Strong understanding of inventory management practices.
Proficiency in inventory software and data entry.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
